Mbappe starts for France as Griezmann drops to bench against Poland

Kylian Mbappe returns to France’s starting lineup for their Euro 2024 Group D clash against Poland in Dortmund on Tuesday, having recovered from a broken nose sustained in their opening match against Austria.

Manager Didier Deschamps has made two changes to the team, bringing in Mbappe and forward Bradley Barcola in place of Antoine Griezmann and Marcus Thuram.

France’s lineup includes Mike Maignan, Jules Kounde, William Saliba, Dayot Upamecano, Theo Hernandez; Aurelien Tchouameni, N’Golo Kante, Adrien Rabiot; Ousmane Dembele, Kylian Mbappe (C), Bradley Barcola.

Poland will field Lukasz Skorupski; Pawel Dawidowicz, Jan Bednarek, Jakub Kiwior; Przemyslaw Frankowski, Sebastian Szymanski, Piotr Zielinski, Nicola Zalewski, Jakub Moder; Kacper Urbanski, Robert Lewandowski.
