India emerged victorious over Pakistan by a margin of five wickets in the final of the World Championship of Legends.

India secured a five-wicket victory over Pakistan in the final of the World Championship of Legends. Ambati Rayudu’s 50 runs played a crucial role in steering India towards their target, set earlier by Pakistan at 157 runs. Pakistan, opting to bat first after winning the toss at Edgbaston Stadium in Birmingham, saw contributions from Kamran Khan and Sohaib Maqsood, scoring 24 and 21 respectively.

In the semi-finals, India defeated Australia by 86 runs at County Ground in Northampton, while Pakistan overcame West Indies by 20 runs to advance to the final. Pakistan’s total of 198 runs in their semi-final was anchored by captain Younis Khan’s 65, supported by Aamer Yamin and Sohail Tanvir’s effective performances.

Pakistan Champions squad included Kamran Akmal as wicketkeeper, alongside Sharjeel Khan, Sohaib Maqsood, Younis Khan as captain, Shahid Afridi, Shoaib Malik, Misbahul Haq, Aamer Yamin, Sohail Khan, Wahab Riaz, and Tanvir Ahmed.
