The West must take action against the caste system of India that is based on sheer injustice.

The caste system of India dates back thousands of years and allows many privileges to upper castes but represses the lower castes.

The Dalit community is on the lowest rung of the Hindu caste system as its members have been treated as “untouchables.”

They still face widespread abuse across India.
