Jasprit Bumrah, Smriti Mandhana Named ICC Player Of The Month For June

Jasprit Bumrah, the standout hero of India’s triumphant T20 World Cup campaign, earned further acclaim by being named the ‘ICC Men’s Player of the Month for June’. This accolade added to his recent success in the global tournament where he was recognized as the Player-of-the-Tournament for his impressive 15-wicket haul. Meanwhile, Smriti Mandhana, vice-captain of India’s women’s team, secured the ‘Women’s Player of the Month’ title after playing a pivotal role in India’s series sweep against South Africa in ODIs. Mandhana’s stellar performance included a century and consistent contributions throughout the series, culminating in her first ICC Women’s Player of the Month award.
